Art of Strength & Kettlebells


This is simply the “Best” workout we’ve seen for women in a long time.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight and become fit, regain flexibility, rehab an injury or increase overall or athletic performance… our Art of Strength program will help you achieve your fitness goals!

Gone are the days of boring isolation movements and endless minutes on a treadmill.  The Art of Strength training regiment, designed by Anthony Diluglio, is a blend of fitness philosophies and workout structures which guarantee a vibrant and effective workout for your body and mind!

You will be training with kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, logs, stones, and numerous other fun training tools. Forget about walking into a gym where you are just another number and walk out feeling unfulfilled.

BURN MORE FAT IN LESS TIME: “Kettlebell training is the perfect blend of cardio and strength training. It’s a metabolic workout in which you can easily burn 800-1000 calories in less than an hour, while also making gains in lean muscle.”

STRENGTH IN MOTION: “The reason the kettlebell is so effective is because it allows strength to be built through motion, not through lifting. Unlike dumbbells and barbells, the center of gravity in a kettlebell is 6-8 inches below your hand. This unique displacement allows for workout routines focused on guiding the kettlebell along natural planes of movement. The result is a full-body workout which increases flexibility and range of motion as well as strength.”

CORE POWER: “The hips, glutes, and abdominals are worked in essentially every kettlebell exercise.
