If you’re interested in losing fat as quickly as possible and want to have a lot of fun doing it then H.I.I.T. is probably for you.

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of cardio exercise that is proven to burn 9 TIMES more fat than regular cardio, in less time! HIIT is the fancy way of saying, “Work your butt off (high speed/intensity) for a set amount of time (or distance), drop to a temporary resting pace (slower) and then rev back up again. There are acouple of reasons I think it is so effective. First of all the time commitment makes it very appealing and easier to consistently perform. A high quality high intensity workout can be done in as little as 30 minutes.

Drop10′s HIIT program is based on the principles of functional training with the intensity and tempo of a cardio workout. Each action packed session will be both an adventure and a challenge for all participants. Although the program includes group participation, our programs are uniquely developed based on individual ability and fitness goals.
